About Endeavor

Endeavor is building the operating system for point-of-sale patient financing—helping dental practices and DSOs increase treatment acceptance, streamline approvals, and deliver transparent, accessible financing options to every patient. Our platform combines intelligent workflows, lender orchestration, and AI-driven insights to create a seamless experience for practices and life-changing outcomes for patients.

  • Significant Impact: You'll play a central role in scaling our presence across dental practices nationwide, directly contributing to practice growth and improved patient access.

  • Generous Compensation: We recognize that top talent deserves top rewards—expect a competitive salary plus an attractive equity package that gives real ownership and upside.

  • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams in an agile, supportive environment that celebrates innovation and initiative.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for dental and adjacent healthcare practices, from outbound prospecting → demo → close, with deal sizes spanning per-practice SaaS + transaction-based revenue

  • Build trust with practice owners and operators, clearly articulating ROI around higher case acceptance, faster treatment approvals, and improved patient experience

  • Work cross-functionally with product, integrations, and implementation to ensure smooth onboarding and high post-sale adoption (this is not a “throw it over the wall” sale)

  • Develop repeatable sales motion: refine ICPs, messaging, objection handling, and pricing based on real market feedback

  • Operate in ambiguity — help shape the sales playbook, CRM hygiene, and pipeline metrics as one of the first quota-carrying reps

  • Leverage warm intros and industry relationships (DSOs, consultants, PMS partners, vendors) while also being comfortable with thoughtful outbound

  • Be accountable to outcomes, not activity: closed practices, activated users, and financed dollars flowing through the platform

What we are looking for

  • Experience & Background: 3+ years in direct field sales, client onboarding role—preferably within healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech

  • Project Management Skills: Organized, process-oriented, and adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines.

  • Technical & Communication Proficiency: Able to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical audiences; experience with CRM, onboarding tools, or health-tech platforms is a big plus

  • Client-Centric Approach: Passionate about solving real-world problems, caring for client success, and delivering exceptional onboarding experiences.

  • Team Player: Collaborative in nature, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and drive consensus.

Salary & Benefits

  • Highly competitive base salary—structured to attract top-tier talent.

  • Generous equity package—meaningful stake in our company’s future growth and success.

  • Flexible, remote-first work environment with travel support for on-site practice visits.

  • Professional development budget for training, certifications, and conferences.

  • Health & wellness benefits, casual PTO policy, and vibrant, mission-driven culture.
