Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as an Account Executive at Rise. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This includes identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the Rise team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in b2b SaaS as an AE or comparable role

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with modern sales stacks (HubSpot, SFDC, Apollo, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.)

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Self-motivated and proactive

  • Availability to work flexible hours as part of a start-up

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the web3 industry and cryptocurrency

  • Experience working remotely

  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in the digital finance space

  • Previous experience in Global payroll/HR, payments or other FinTech

$110,000-$120,000 OTE ($80,000-$90,000 base + $30,000 uncapped commissions)
