We are currently looking for an Account Manager in our Automotive Systems Division to support business in North America and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include managing our commercial relationships with automotive customers. This includes pricing, commercial negotiations, forecasting & planning, contract management, product development support, marketing support, customer relationship management, and factory delivery support.
- In this role, you work as part of a cross-functional international team to maintain a substantial portfolio of existing businesses as well as identify, pursue, and win new business development opportunities.
- Together with the team located in Asia, USA, and Europe you develop and execute an account strategy that brings profitable and sustaining growth.
- As part of the team, you act as the voice of the customer within the organization and represent the interests of Bose at the customer.
- You build strong and lasting relationships with key players in various departments across the customer account.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, communications, or logistics; MBA is a plus.
- Require 4 years or more experience in automotive industry account management, business development, purchasing, or quality management.
- Prefer experience with Korean car makers and some Korean language capability is a plus.
- Ability to develop strong relationships, both internally and externally.
- Experience in selling high-tech products; hardware or software.
- Results oriented and independent individual that enjoys working in an international team.
- Strengths include excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem solving and strategic thinking.
- Affinity for technology.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
