As an Account Manager at HiBob, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within client organizations by strategically positioning the value of our suite of products. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Managers to ensure a seamless client experience, with a primary focus of unlocking revenue potential and driving client success through consultative selling.
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**
Base salary for this role ranges from $85,000 - $103,500 per year. Additionally this role has an additional 50% variable compensation component based on achieving revenue targets.
Job Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B account management, ideally within the Mid-Market segment using a MEDDPICC sales framework.
  • Experience overseeing a US book of business with KPIs centered on expansions..
  • Familiarity with HR and or Payroll technology and value-based selling methodologies is preferred.
  • Proven success in accurately forecasting and achieving revenue targets in a SaaS or similar environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing client interactions.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools (e.g., Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • A passion for learning new tools and staying up-to-date with product offerings.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients through various channels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Identify upsell opportunities, delivering new ARR within existing accounts in the Mid-Market & Sub-Enterprise segment in U.S. and LATAM markets.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Leverage the MEDDPICC framework to manage complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to deeply understand their goals and position HiBob solutions as integral to their success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Renewal Managers and Sales Engineers to align on client needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively build, manage, and forecast a robust pipeline of opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to upsell.
