Prismatic is the integration platform that helps B2B software companies build integrations fast and deliver them at scale. We're turning integrations from a bottleneck into a growth driver for hundreds of companies, from high-growth startups to Fortune 500s.

Our platform handles everything that breaks at scale, so teams can ship integrations, not infrastructure. It provides flexible, AI-enabled build experiences through code-native, low-code, and an embedded workflow builder, plus self-service configuration and an embedded marketplace.

Prismatic is well-funded with strong product-market fit and a high-agency, driven, collaborative culture.

About the role:

We’re looking for an Account Manager to own relationships, outcomes, and revenue across a portfolio of technical B2B SaaS customers.

You’ll be the primary business and commercial point of contact for customer executives, product leaders, engineering leaders, and other stakeholders. You’ll partner with customers and internal teams to ensure a successful onboarding experience and sustained value through renewal and expansion, connect Prismatic’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes, and lead the commercial relationship from forecast through close.

This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, technically fluent, highly organized, and energized by helping software companies solve complex integration problems.

What you will do:

  • Own a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers and manage the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
  • Build trusted relationships with CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering, product leaders, engineering teams, and financial or procurement stakeholders.
  • Develop account plans that connect customer goals, integration strategy, adoption milestones, business outcomes, stakeholders, and commercial priorities.
  • Own renewal and expansion motions end to end, including opportunity strategy, forecasting, negotiation, contracting, and commercial close.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and proactively identify renewal risk, competitive threats, organizational changes, adoption gaps, and other factors that could affect revenue.
  • Translate technical product capabilities including APIs, webhooks, embedded experiences, integration workflows, and developer tooling into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Partner with Technical Account Managers, Technical Support Engineers, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to drive customer outcomes and resolve escalations.
  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic account meetings, value conversations, and mutual action plans.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Prismatic into new products, teams, use cases, tenants, integrations, and embedded capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing customer feedback, business needs, and product gaps into actionable recommendations for internal teams.
  • Build and improve scalable account-management processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.

How success will be measured:

Our success is measured by our customer’s success.

Some important metrics for us are gross revenue retention and net revenue retention. Customer growth is focused on integration use case expansion and product upsell. Renewal and retention are driven by feature adoption, business outcome achievement, and strong relationships with stakeholders.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, technical sales, consulting, or a related customer-facing role in a technical B2B SaaS business.
  • Proven experience owning revenue across a customer portfolio, including renewals, expansion, forecasting, negotiation, and commercial close.
  • Experience working with technical software products and engaging product, engineering, architecture, or IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, executives, and less-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect product adoption to measurable customer value, ROI, and strategic priorities.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and long sales or renewal cycles.
  • Highly organized, proactive, tenacious, and comfortable operating independently in an evolving environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, discovery, negotiation, and executive-communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn the fundamentals of APIs, authentication, webhooks, data formats, integration architecture, and Prismatic’s developer and low-code experiences.
  • Comfortable working with customers across US and international time zones.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with embedded software, iPaaS, APIs, integration platforms, automation, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or workflow products.
  • Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs, OAuth, webhooks, JSON, or integration architecture

Pay range:

  • The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000/yr USD + variable compensation & equity
