Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager for our Power team based on the East Coast,USA remote.

This person will be in charge of the direct sale of Flex’s services to targeted accounts. Key customer point of contact accountable for delivery on Customer Satisfaction and for providing Flex management with information to evaluate sales opportunities.

What a typical day looks like:

  • In charge of GAM/Site handshake on FOL, searching items such as MOH movement, Forecast accuracy, VAM %, IDL/DL% of VAM etc.
  • Manager delivering growth and maintaining a Sugar Pipeline.
  • Ensures relationships management with Customer at executive / resolutions-making levels.
  • In charge of closing all commercial negotiations and client pricing changes including recovery of labor indexing and other inflationary costs.
  • Accountable for projects/initiatives to maximize COP and drives site focus on efficiency programs.
  • Segment relationship management and information flow, developing growth through pan-Flex contribution.
  • Manage contract renewals, changes, and maintenance.
  • Hold up delivery Customer Satisfaction and Viewpoint scoring across all sites.
  • In charge of improving communication and driving best practices across multi-sites.
  • Ensures all client programs execute to contract, hitting key KPIs.
  • Accountable E&O management / claims.
  • In control of tracking risks on the business and reporting to Flex business accordingly.

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
  • Flex sales CRM – Sugar; ViewPoint.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate$118,500.00 USD - $163,000.00 USD Annual
