You’ll be the face of Capchase to our vendors—responsible for deepening relationships, scaling financing programs, ensuring seamless operational execution, and driving partner success.

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on our topline growth and strategic direction. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Capital Markets, Product, and Operations to expand embedded financing use cases and deliver exceptional partner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with vendor stakeholders including sales, finance, and executive teams.

  • Program Scaling: Strategically expand vendor financing programs—identify upsell opportunities, improve conversion rates, and unlock new use cases.

  • Account Optimization: Serve as the operational point of contact—monitor program performance, remove friction, and coordinate issue resolution.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure integrations and workflows are tailored to vendor needs.

  • Data-Driven Execution: Analyze program metrics to inform strategy, report performance trends, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Communication Excellence: Act as a clear, concise communicator internally and externally—translating financial services into actionable business value for vendors.

  • Client Advocacy: Be the voice of the vendor internally, ensuring product, policy, and process decisions align with partner goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 4+ years in account management or client success at a vendor finance, equipment leasing, or embedded lending institution (e.g., LEAF, DLL, Wintrust, Verdant, or similar).

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B financing structures, embedded finance models, and vendor sales motions.

  • Relationship-Driven: Proven ability to cultivate trust and long-term value with partners across varying org sizes and structures.

  • Execution-Oriented: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup or high-growth environment with strong project management discipline.

  • Financial Acumen: Fluent in financial products, pricing levers, risk frameworks, and economic tradeoffs for vendors and borrowers.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

  • Tools: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and data tools (e.g., Looker, Excel/Sheets) is preferred.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
