What You Will Do

As a Beagle Account Manager, you are the connective tissue between our clients and our operations ensuring every rollout is executed with precision and every property manager becomes a long-term partner.

You will oversee implementation, client education, and account expansion, while driving measurable revenue through upsells and retention.

Core Responsibilities:Manage Client Rollouts:
  • Oversee smooth implementation of Beagle programs across new client portfolios.

  • Align on charge dates, program selection, and coverage options.

  • Add charges accurately across various property management systems (PMS).

  • Ensure clients are aware of additional Beagle products not yet adopted.

Build Client Relationships:
  • Develop trust and long-term relationships with property managers and their teams.

  • Use tenant feedback and client insights to identify upsell opportunities.

  • Position Beagle as a core part of the client’s operational stack and tenant experience.

Drive Upsells:
  • Identify creative ways to expand client adoption of Beagle’s offerings.

  • Introduce add-on programs such as Pet Damage Waiver, Security Deposit Alternative, and Resident Benefit Kits.

  • Collaborate with leadership and Product to refine upsell strategies based on client performance and feedback.

Manage Compliance Notices:
  • Prepare and send tenant compliance notices through client-preferred systems.

  • Customize timing and content to align with property policies.

  • Track effectiveness (open rates, enrollments, responses) and report results to clients.

Ensure Strategic Integration:
  • Embed Beagle into every lease, renewal, and property acquisition.

  • Position Beagle’s insurance solutions as an ongoing value driver across client portfolios.

Retention and Churn Prevention:
  • Monitor usage, compliance, and enrollment rates.

  • Proactively intervene when accounts show signs of stagnation or drop-off.

  • Work cross-functionally to resolve friction points that impact client satisfaction.

Client Education:
  • Train property manager staff on Beagle workflows, GL codes, compliance notices, and waiver options.

  • Reduce support volume by empowering clients to self-manage routine functions.

What We Are Looking For
  • 2–6 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales (SaaS, proptech, or insurance experience preferred)

  • Strong mix of relationship management and operational execution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders

  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail

  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful; comfortable in a 6-day, in-person startup environment

  • Driven to take ownership and grow into senior roles quickly

Compensation and Career Path
  • Base Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$150,000 at 100% quota attainment

  • Variable: 40–45% of compensation tied to upsells, retention, and rollout success metrics

  • Accelerators: Begin at 120%+ quota attainment, with uncapped earning potential

  • Growth: Clear path to Senior Account Manager, Strategic Accounts, or leadership roles based on performance

Note: This role does not include equity. Compensation is designed for high cash upside and rapid advancement.
