Responsibilities
Facilitate bid process by qualifying RFP’s, writing proposals, and developing effective pricing for clients. Define project-level feasibility for client bids using proprietary tools. Keep the company’s CRM tool updated with delivered bids.
Work with Account Directors and Sales Directors to develop, expand and leverage the client relationship with focus on developing incremental revenue through closing sales, effective up-selling and managing client expectations during delivery phase.
Assist Client Services Team during project delivery with additional information and partner sourcing, if required.
Assist in presentations, and other sales related activities, required by the Sales Director and Account Directors.
Experience
3+ years of relevant experience (Inbound sales/call center)
Travel as needed to meet customers and develop relationships with key contacts
Knowledge & Skill
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong customer focus (previous experience in customer service)

The base salary range for this position in is $60K-$76K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status. The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
