As an Account Manager at SewerAI, you will:Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of municipal, contractor, and engineering customers.
Ensure clients achieve measurable value, renew successfully, and expand their use of our platform.
Blend relationship-building, strategic account planning, and technical fluency to deliver outcomes that matter.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to drive customer success and account growth.
Contribute to scalable playbooks and processes that support long-term growth.
Own customer relationships across a book of business (SMB, mid-market, and enterprise).
Drive renewals by ensuring customers achieve outcomes tied to SewerAI’s platform.
Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to grow accounts.
Build executive champions by aligning platform capabilities with customer goals.
Conduct QBRs and business reviews to reinforce value and uncover new use cases.
Manage escalations and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Forecast risk and growth within accounts; maintain CRM accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to remove blockers and ensure seamless customer experience.
Help build playbooks and processes to scale account management.
3–6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles (SaaS or infrastructure strongly preferred).
Proven ability to drive renewals and account expansion with measurable growth.
Strong relationship-building skills with both users and executive sponsors.
Strategic thinker able to assess account health and prioritize actions effectively.
Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments; thrives in ambiguity.
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
Experience with municipal, contractor, or engineering sectors.
Exposure to AI/ML products.
Background in infrastructure or field services.
Base Salary: $100,000 ($120,000-$150,000 OTE)
