As an Account Manager at Daxko, you'll manage customer relationships, drive account growth, exceed sales goals, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

From small studios to the largest associations, we help thousands of fitness businesses streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
As a Daxko Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of customers, helping them get the most value from our solutions. You’ll manage relationships, drive growth within your accounts, and identify new opportunities—all while making a meaningful impact on organizations that improve lives every day.
What you'll do:
- Growing and managing a book of existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs with a focus on both revenue and relationship-building
- Becoming an expert in Daxko’s solutions to confidently present our value to key stakeholders like Presidents, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs
- Navigating negotiations that align with both customer goals and Daxko’s growth strategy
- Proactively reaching out to clients and prospects via calls, emails, and video meetings
- Conducting engaging product demos and presentations
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and strategic outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and timely data in Salesforce and other sales tools
- Staying ahead of market trends and providing valuable insights back to our product and marketing teams

Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Experience managing customer accounts, including renewals and expansion
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Bonus Points for:
- 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS or technology
- Experience in the health and wellness industry

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The on-target-earnings (OTE) for this role is $94,700 – $147,000 per year.

Located on the North Shore, the Bannockburn office is tucked away just off the highway, and neighbors College Park Athletic Club as well as the historical Trinity College.
