Job Summary:

The Account Project Coordinator provides account support to the Beauty Account Project Management team.  This includes a wide variety of key responsibilities that help maintain and manage the success of our clients and accounts with both temporary and permanent displays in the POP industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Management Team by helping coordinate various projects/orders, reports and communication.
  • Generate and process shipping memos and work with shipping department to get out client prototypes and other items
  • Track all jobs booked including budget status on daily report
  • Assist with sales/client correspondence
  • Assist project management team as needed
  • Assist Director of Account Management as Required
  • Conduct occasional store or site visits, includes taking photos or purchasing products (purchases reimbursed).
  • Work closely with RNRTL to coordinate movement, confirmation, and shipment of existing inventory.
  • Track ULTA purchase orders and monitor shipment schedules.
  • Manage high‑volume inventory tracking in collaboration with the APM and Fulfillment teams.
  • Additional responsibilities, as required, to meet our customers’ requirements, or as assigned by account managers.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bilingual preferred
  • College Degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Must be detailed and organized.
  • Must have a sense of urgency and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong MS Word and Excel knowledge must be able to create and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
  • Must have strong verbal and writing skills.
  • Must be able to communicate and coordinate activities with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong numerical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Strong reasoning, negotiation and problem-solving skills which includes the ability to be proactive and anticipate potential problems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time and also work in manufacturing plant as needed
  • Must be able to reach above shoulder heights, below the waist to file documents, store materials, etc.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
