Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Services and maintains positive relationships with current customer base

  • Ensure on time order delivery

  • Resolves customer issues/problems on a timely basis

  • Identifies customers needs and presents solutions by recommending potential product enhancements

  • Generates new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customers

  • Works with the other account managers within the region for maintenance and growth of their business

  • AR management for assigned account managers within the region

  • Provide assistance in pricing maintenance with existing accounts

  • Helps to resolve internal customer issues/problems for assigned account managers within the region

  • Facilitates inventory management programs for assigned account managers

  • Works with Strategic Account Managers on new high volume targets within the region that buy at a corporate level

  • AR management for Strategic Accounts within the region

  • Provide assistance in pricing maintenance with existing accounts

  • Helps to resolve internal customer issues/problems for Strategic Accounts

  • Facilitates inventory management programs for assigned Strategic Accounts

  • Works with the Field Marketing Specialists to identify, cultivate and qualify geographical leads within the region for themselves and assigned account managers

  • Provides back up for inside sales coordination when necessary

 

Salary Pay Range:  $60,000 annually dependent on experience*

                *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living 

 

Bonus/Incentive Pay:

The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
