Yinlun TDI, LLC is a top leader in providing thermal management solutions to the US Automotive, Commercial Truck and Off Highway markets.  We are a group of highly motivated professionals who focus on providing heat exchangers, modules, systems that meet the ever-increasing demands from our customers.

Headquartered in Ontario, California, Yinlun TDI, LLC maintains sales and engineering facilities in Michigan, Illinois, and North Carolina.  In addition, we have several manufacturing operations facilities in Mexico. 

  

Position Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced Account Manager or Sales Manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients. The Sales Manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.

As a Sales Manager at Yinlun TDI LLC, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expanding our market presence in the automotive and off-road machine industry. You will lead a team of sales professionals, build relationships with key customers, and identify new business opportunities. 

  

Key Responsibilities

· Including the following, other duties may be assigned.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.

· Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance and productivity.

· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's customer base.

· Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to stay ahead of market changes and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

· Budget Management: Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

· Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress against targets and present findings to senior management.

· Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work closely with other departments to address product or service improvements and enhancements.

· Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

   

Requirements

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field; master’s degree preferred; technical background is desired. 

Professional Experience

• Three more years’ previous work experience in sales, management, or relevant experience. 

• International trading Experience and Import or Export, tariff management experience is desired.

• Proven experience in sales management in the automotive or off-road machine industry.

• Strong understanding of industry trends, products, and competition.

• Working experience with diversity global team

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mobility

• Up to 25% travel, including domestic and occasional international travel.
