Pay: $21.00/hour.

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of janitorial team members.
- Schedule, assign, and monitor work to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to verify quality standards and client requirements are met.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, safety practices, and company policies.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage and assist with scheduling and timekeeping.
- Respond promptly to client concerns and service requests.
- Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Complete operational reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and timely.
- Assist with special cleaning projects, floor care, and emergency response situations.
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities management, housekeeping, or related services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience managing employee schedules and labor productivity.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and industry best practices.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
