We are seeking an Account Supervisor who can lead and manage multiple client accounts to drive strategy and execution, mentor and guide account teams to achieve high standards, and develop and implement comprehensive project strategies across our five key service areas.

The Account Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the successful development and execution of initiatives across strategy, branding, creative, web, and marketing for UNINCORPORATED and its clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can formulate innovative approaches to improve client outcomes and drive business growth. The Account Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations, including research, scope development, timeline management, brief writing, and project execution.

They play a pivotal role in bridging cross-functional teams specializing in strategy, branding, creative, web, and marketing. The Account Supervisor ensures seamless delivery of all work to clients and provides strategic solutions when faced with challenges. This candidate must excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong leadership skills, and be adept at problem-solving and decision-making.

Note: While this is a remote position, strong preference will be given to candidates living in Los Angeles or San Diego.

Day to Day

In a typical week, you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts
  • Lead the strategic planning process for client projects, collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute project plans across strategy, branding, creative, web, and marketing
  • Oversee the work of account managers and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, anticipating potential challenges and providing strategic solutions
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and align on future initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Contribute to agency growth by participating in pitches and presentations for potential clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, we believe you’ll need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business management, or a related field (or comparable experience and portfolio)
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in account management, with a focus on branding, marketing, and design
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor account teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • References: 3 strong references who can vouch for your performance
  • Superior communication and writing skills
  • Strong organization, project management, and relationship skills
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of teams, including design, development, and marketing
  • A positive mindset focused on problem-solving and a commitment to continual learning and improvement
  • Ability to work independently and within a team when necessary
