Job Description
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Project Management team in Chicago. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment with strong written/verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Support event scheduling which includes but is not limited to coordinating group-wide events, coordinating vendor lunch & learns, and organizing conference rooms for external guests.
Actively manage the creation of Purchase Requisitions (swag, paying fines, group wide trainings, etc.) for group wide purchases.
Assist the Senior and Principal Project Managers with project related administrative functions such as creating purchase requisitions, drafting contracts, and communicating with vendors to maintain project deadlines.
Utilize technology to perform responsibilities, including a commitment to maintaining electronic records and other digital mediums (Teams, SharePoint, Oracle, ProjectTeam, DocuSign, Document Controls Systems etc.).
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience working in an administrative support role.
Ability to work onsite in Chicago (1 S. Wacker office) 5 days per week.
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Oracle and Gearcor
Event management experience
Team-oriented experience and approach; ability to de-escalate.
Self-directed, reliable, and independent when necessary to complete projects with limited supervision.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to meet deadlines.
Base Pay
$18.51 - $34.58 USD Hourly
Bonus: 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
