Administrative Assistant – Inside Sales

As part of this growth, we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant (Internal Sales) to support our team for a fixed period of 6 months.

As an Administrative Assistant in our Internal Sales department, you provide essential administrative support to the team. You play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a professional service experience for our customers and partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the right colleagues
• Processing and following up on incoming customer orders in our system
• Handling customer inquiries about orders, deliveries, and pricing in a clear and professional manner
• Logging and tracking customer complaints to ensure timely resolution
• Creating and updating customer and contact information in our CRM and ERP systems
• Maintaining internal reference lists that support the sales team

• You have previous experience in an administrative role
• You are accurate, digitally fluent, and comfortable with Outlook and Teams; basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is sufficient
• You are customer-focused, communicative, and a true team player
• You’re flexible, discreet, and proactive in your work
• Ideally, you are familiar with working in an SME environment
