Administrative Specialist III

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
• Assists the organizational team with various projects or special tasks as needed.
• Assists in preparing reports, typing documents, filing, and answering questions regarding processes and procedures.
• May schedule, coordinate and maintain calendar, meeting agendas, and travel itineraries.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain Virtual Card process
• Maintain process documentations for full Invoice to Pay process
• Coordinate with BPO on training materials as needed
• Project Management process documentation
• Other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Higher Secondary Education preferred.
• 10 years experience within the Invoice to Pay arena

The estimated salary range for this position is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
