We are looking for an Advanced Analytics Consultant to join our team of analytics experts consulting for both internal and external teams.

 

How You’ll Find Success

  • Knowledge of common research methodologies including but not limited to: conjoint, MaxDiff, Gabor Granger, regression, clustering, and descriptive statistics.
  • Proven ability to seamlessly move between more and less technical explanations based on the needs and context of your audience
  • Desire to go beyond just the numeric results of our research to help our customers understand the impact on their decision and their business
  • Can build strong, lasting relationships with clients, and are a creative and analytical problem-solver
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

How You’ll Grow

  • Hands-on experience with emerging technologies and products in the market research industry
  • Opportunities to own projects for some of our largest customers, from inception to impact
  • Close collaboration with internal technical teams on the continued development of our newest products and offerings

Things You’ll Do

  • Identify the most appropriate research and analytics methodologies to achieve a customer's research objectives
  • Support the development and validation of new or revised approaches to market research
  • Own projects end to end from translating needs to sharing the impact of results
  • Collaborate closely with an engaged, supportive, and collaborative team
  • Work closely on strategic initiatives across the organization to support our continued growth.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 2-4 years experience in an internal or external customer facing role
  • Bachelors degree or greater in statistics, mathematics, economics, or related discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience in project management, time management, and analytical skills
  • Experienced presenting technical findings to technical and non-technical teams
  • Previous experience using the Qualtrics platform a plus
  • Proficiency in R

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
