Lead and run an after-school program for K-5 students: design daily activities, ensure safety and licensing, mentor and train onsite team, build relationships with school staff and families, and provide a positive, engaging environment.

Pay Range $13.00-$15.00
Part Time – 4+ hours a day, five days a week.
Want to make a difference in a young person's life? Become an After School Site Lead! As a Site Lead, you won't just be supporting the program—you’ll be running the show. You will be responsible for designing daily activities and guiding the development of young people in grades K-5. You'll ensure a safe, enriching, and licensed environment while leading, mentoring, and training your onsite team. Instructors will also be responsible for building positive relationships with school staff, providing excellent service to families, and ensuring a great experience for all participants.

Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- High School Diploma
- One year of experience working with children in a developmental setting preferred/required.
