Agentic AI Engineer - USC/GC || W2 Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks, along with strong programming expertise.
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Employment Type: W2 Only

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously
Build and deploy AI solutions using LLMs and Generative AI technologies
Develop prototypes, PoCs, and scalable AI applications
Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and external tools
Work with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar
Optimize prompts and workflows for performance and accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and agentic systems
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Python programming
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or similar platforms
Knowledge of agent-based frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)
Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building multi-agent systems
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
Exposure to real-world AI product deployments
Experience:
8+ years of software development experience
5+ year of hands-on experience in Generative AI / Agentic AI
