The Agentic Growth & Value Transformation Lead owns Axiamatic implementation and onboarding end to end, carrying smaller accounts independently from kickoff through durable adoption. On larger, more complex engagements, this person partners closely with the Head of Agentic Growth and Value Transformation. The role sits at the center of the customer's first experience with Axiamatic's agentic platform, translating business goals into configured agent solutions, driving those solutions to a first outcome as fast as the engagement allows, and then converting delivered work into demonstrated value that protects renewal and surfaces expansion.

What You'll Do
Implementation & Onboarding Execution

• Build the roadmap, objectives, and requirements with the customer during onboarding.

• Set clear expectations and manage them proactively across scope, timeline, and outcomes.

• Hold the customer accountable to the roadmap and commitments they've already agreed to.

• Set deadlines with Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and manage configuration to requirements, validating output before go-live.

• Manage Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE)

• Build early momentum and sequence work to reach first value fast, without boiling the ocean.

Value Realization & Expansion

• Ensure Axiamatic usage is on target to reach executives and/or stakeholders.

• Conduct quarterly service quality checks (QBRs) with stakeholders to ensure Axiamatic is providing value.

• Identify expansion opportunities and upsell areas (programs, business units, etc.) during delivery, partnering with the Account Executive.

• Proactively address adoption gaps before they become churn risks.

• Convert client wins into referenceable case studies and proof points.

Requirements

• Manager-level (or equivalent) experience at a Big 4 consulting firm (EY, KPMG, PwC, or Deloitte) with 7+ years in Transformation, Digital Transformation, or a related delivery/advisory practice.

• ERP implementation / transformation experience (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday) is a must, given the overlap with how enterprise customers approach large-scale program delivery.

• Managed 3+ full end-to-end ERP implementations and transformations.

• Comfort acting as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, up to and including executives, on assigned accounts.

• Ability to translate a customer's business model and goals into concrete solution configuration and requirements.

• A track record of driving customers to measurable adoption and value outcomes, not just a completed implementation.

• Working fluency with (or aptitude to quickly learn) agentic/AI workflow tooling and the ability to explain its behavior and limits to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong project management instincts: setting deadlines, managing scope, and holding both internal teams (e.g., FDEs) and customers accountable.

• A coachability and growth mindset: someone who actively seeks feedback, adapts as playbooks evolve, and shares reusable patterns with the team.

• Composure and sound judgment through ambiguity, escalations, and difficult customer moments.

Growth Trajectory

This role is a proving ground for delivery leadership. Strong performers will move into leading larger, higher-stakes engagements.
