Summary:
In this role, you will support the development and management of ambulatory healthcare products for the Clinical Practice Solutions Center (CPSC). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver product capabilities that improve client outcomes. You will participate in Agile development processes, contribute to product strategy, and help ensure product releases align with business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, enhancement, and lifecycle of assigned ambulatory healthcare products with guidance.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prioritize and maintain product backlogs based on client feedback, business priorities, and organizational goals.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements through stakeholder interviews, user personas, user journeys, and use cases.
- Define minimum viable product features and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing activities with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product communication, documentation, release readiness, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a related role preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience developing user personas, user journeys, and use cases.
- Experience creating, interpreting, and utilizing dashboards, metrics, and performance data.
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead Agile ceremonies and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong documentation skills, including user stories, release notes, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
