The AI Account Lead coordinates client engagements, develops project roadmaps, manages client relationships, and ensures successful AI implementations.

SoftSnow is seeking relationship-driven professionals with strong project management skills who are passionate about AI and eager to serve as the bridge between our technical teams and clients. As an AI Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating activities, developing strategic roadmaps, and ensuring successful AI implementation. If you excel at building client relationships, communicating complex concepts, and orchestrating cross-functional teams—and are motivated to help organizations transform through AI—this opportunity is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Assign and coordinate responsibilities among SoftSnow and client team members.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps for AI services delivery.
- Conduct weekly calls to discuss status updates, performance insights, and project progress.
- Address client concerns, questions, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Present updated plans for upcoming activities and milestones.
- Strategize and plan with client and vendor resources to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
- Manage intra-week communications to maintain project momentum.
- Translate technical AI concepts into business value propositions that resonate with client stakeholders.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients enabling up-sell opportunities
- Monitor project health and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Act as a thought leader, bringing innovation and creative ideas to clients.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or project management.
- Experience working in technology consulting or implementation services.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is a plus.
- Background in managing client relationships and expectations in complex project environments.
- Experience developing and presenting strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Basic understanding of sales strategies.
