The AI Adoption & Training Coordinator audits workflows, identifies AI solutions, develops training materials, and communicates complex ideas effectively across teams.
Vocal is seeking an AI Adoption & Training Coordinator to help audit how our teams work today, identify where AI can make the biggest difference, and build the training and tooling that turns potential into habit.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, learning, and strategy. You'll work closely with teams across the organization and partner with our tech team to scope solutions that go beyond what's available out of the box. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Innovation and work closely with the Chief of Staff and cross-functionally across the entire Vocal team.

Responsibilities
- Audit workflows across teams, identify inefficiencies, and recommend AI-powered solutions that have a real impact on how people work
- Develop training materials, best practice guides, and workshops that drive meaningful adoption of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others
- Identify opportunities for custom plugins or automations, and work with the tech team to scope and build solutions that go beyond out-of-the-box functionality
- Stay sharp on the latest AI releases and industry developments, and bring that knowledge back to the organization in actionable way
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Direct experience using AI tools in your own work, or building AI-powered workflows for a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, structured approach to tackling new challenges
- A track record of successfully training others on a tool or skill
- Familiarity with how engineering and product teams operate
- Clear, confident communicator who works well across teams and functions
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI — you follow the space closely and bring real opinions to the table
- Experience rolling out a new tool or product to 15 or more people
- Comfortable presenting and facilitating at all levels, from individual contributors to executives
