Position Overview
SoftSnow is seeking analytical and innovative problem solvers who are passionate about AI and eager to grow into an AI Analyst role. While few people have direct experience in AI agent development, we specialize in transforming talented, data-driven individuals into AI experts. If you have a background in data, automation, analytics, engineering, or adjacent fields—and are motivated to learn, adapt, and innovate in a fast-paced environment—this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document best practices and ensure consistency in AI implementation.
- Develop AI-powered agents to automate business workflows and enhance decision-making.
- Work with LLMs, automation tools, and enterprise data to drive AI adoption.
- Collaborate with a team of AI specialists to build scalable, real-world AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and continuously expand your skills in a hands-on, dynamic role.
- Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, automation, AI development, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is a plus.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
- Background in problem-solving, automation, or digital transformation, even if not directly in AI.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving AI landscapes.
- Comfortable working with data models, automation frameworks, and AI-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.
