The AI & Community Strategy Intern will work closely with the Chief Community Officer to support strategic initiatives at the intersection of customer insight, artificial intelligence, and product development. This role provides exposure to executive-level discussions, enterprise customer engagement, and product strategy execution.
The intern will assist in monitoring customer feedback, synthesizing insights, supporting AI-driven tool development, and contributing to the process of translating customer needs into product enhancements and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer conversations, feedback channels, and executive discussions to identify recurring themes and insights.
  • Synthesize customer input into structured summaries and actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in customer meetings, including executive-level conversations, and assist with preparation and follow-up documentation.
  • Support the identification and prioritization of feature requests and product opportunities.
  • Assist in mapping customer requests to existing capabilities and potential enhancements.
  • Collaborate on the development and prototyping of AI-powered tools to improve insight generation and feature adoption tracking.
  • Contribute to analysis of engagement, adoption, and usage patterns across customer accounts.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders in a professional setting.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools, automation workflows, or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per work
Learning & Development Opportunities

This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS strategy, AI-enabled product innovation, customer engagement methodologies, and executive decision-making processes. The selected candidate will gain practical experience in translating customer insights into actionable product and go-to-market initiatives.
