We have hub cities in Houston, Dallas, Denver, Chicago & Toronto. However, we also operate under the “work from home” concept. Capitalize is looking for a talented and driven AI Consultant to join our growing AI & Advanced Analytics practice. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients across industries to design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive real business value.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI/ML opportunities
  • Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions (e.g., forecasting, classification, NLP, GenAI)
  • Develop reusable frameworks, POCs, and accelerators to scale impact across clients
  • Support presales efforts with demos, solutioning, and scoping support
  • Work alongside a cross-functional team of consultants, data engineers, and analysts
  • Stay ahead of the curve on AI trends and technologies and bring that knowledge to our clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field
  • 4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields. Consulting experience is preferred
  • Proven experience designing and deploying AI systems; familiarity with RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, vector databases, and LLM frameworks preferred.
  • Strong Python and SQL required; Alteryx, UiPath, Power BI preferred
  • Understanding of common model types (regression, classification, clustering, NLP, LLMs) and familiarity with model evaluation and monitoring methods.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and ML platforms (e.g., Databricks, Vertex AI, SageMaker)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Travel 15-25%

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for US hub cities
