Join us as an AI Content Creator and become the driving force behind shaping and scaling Zeely’s AI-powered creative production. We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented professional who can experiment fast, take ownership of content pipelines, and push the quality of AI-generated visuals to the next level. In this role, you’ll have full autonomy over AI content creation — from prompts and templates to videos, images, and avatars — with a direct impact on creative performance and product growth.
Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale.
We already have 1 million users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-3 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 130 specialists.
We are part of the Google for Startups Alumni community and official partners of Meta and TikTok. In 2024, Zeely was recognized by Forbes Ukraine as one of the Top 25 fastest-growing startups.
Your key responsibilities:
Design and iterate production-ready prompts for AI models across images, videos, and avatars.
Convert successful prompts into scalable, reusable template libraries used across the product.
Test, evaluate, and integrate new AI models into existing workflows, balancing quality, stability, and performance.
Produce consistent avatar sets and video creative series optimized for marketing and paid advertising use cases.
Work closely with design and product teams to align creative outputs with product goals and user needs.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI models for content generation across images, videos, and avatars;
Strong design foundation in motion, graphic, or digital design, with a good sense of composition, pacing, and visual storytelling;
A solid portfolio showcasing AI-generated creatives used in real-world or production-like scenarios;
Ability to evaluate and improve generation quality (lighting, composition, text rendering, backgrounds) and consistently influence results through prompting and iteration;
Experience working with generative tools, including:
Image: MidJourney, Leonardo, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly;
Video: Runway (Gen-2 / Gen-3), Pika Labs, Kling AI, ProKling 2.6, Higgsfield DoP I2V-01, Hailuo MiniMax, Veo 3.1, Sora;
Avatars & 3D: Reface-style tools, Ready Player Me;
Production / Advanced Workflows: Nano Banano Pro.
Strong curiosity and research mindset — you actively explore new AI tools, test emerging models, and stay on top of generative AI trends.
