We are looking for detail-oriented AI Data Annotation Specialists to help train and improve our machine learning models. In this role, you will review, label, and evaluate text data to ensure our AI delivers accurate, helpful, and human-like writing suggestions.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, have strong reading comprehension skills, and want to contribute to cutting-edge AI products—no advanced technical background required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Annotation & Labeling


2. Review and label text data based on predefined guidelines


3. Annotate writing quality, tone, grammar, and contextual accuracy


4. Categorize and tag data to improve AI understanding of language patterns.

5. Quality Assurance

6. Ensure high accuracy and consistency across all annotations


7. Identify and flag ambiguous or low-quality data


8. Follow strict quality control processes and meet performance benchmarks


9. AI Training Support


10. Provide feedback to improve annotation guidelines and workflows


Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Strong command of written English (grammar, spelling, comprehension)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured guidelines and instructions
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills (Google Docs, spreadsheets, web tools)


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data annotation, data entry, or content moderation
Background in writing, editing, linguistics, or communications
Familiarity with AI tools or language models
Experience working with large datasets or repetitive tasks
Tools & Work Environment
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
Annotation platforms (internal or third-party tools)
Communication tools (Slack, email)
