Role Description
 

This is a full-time remote role for an Agent Developer Intern at CallSphere LLC. The selected candidate will develop, test, and improve AI-powered voice and chat agent workflows. Responsibilities include writing scripts, configuring conversational flows, identifying user needs through data analysis, performing quality assurance checks, collaborating with engineers/designers, and troubleshooting agent behavior to ensure optimal performance. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience in conversational AI.
 

Qualifications
 

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, frameworks, and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
  • Experience with chatbots, voice agents, or dialog flow creation
  • Strong data analysis and debugging skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines remotely
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud platforms and REST APIs is a plus
  • Curiosity and passion for conversational AI and cutting-edge technology
