Advanced Access Staff is a leader in 24/7 staffing, workforce automation, and business transformation solutions across the United States and Canada. We help organizations modernize their operations through AI, automation, and scalable workforce systems.

We are expanding our AI division and seeking AI Implementation Specialists who can help small and mid-sized businesses adopt AI tools to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and automate workflows.

This role is for highly skilled, analytical, tech-driven individuals who understand how to implement AI into real business environments — not just “use ChatGPT.”


The AI Implementation Specialist is responsible for assessing client workflows, identifying automation opportunities, designing AI-powered solutions, and implementing tools using platforms like:

  • OpenAI / ChatGPT

  • Make.com / n8n

  • Zoho AI

  • GoHighLevel automations

  • Zapier (optional)

  • Custom scripts (Python/JS if needed)

You will work directly with clients, understand their business problems, build AI solutions, and execute end-to-end implementation.

This is a high-impact, client-facing, and technical role.
