Role Summary

The AI Lead partners with business leaders across the agency to identify and implement AI initiatives that support brokerage operations, enhance client and advisor experience, and support business decision making. This role focuses on evaluating opportunities, aligning priorities, and guiding the execution of AI solutions that drive efficiency, insight, and consistency across client service, placement, and operational workflows.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to identify and assess potential AI use cases
  • Evaluate AI opportunities with a focus on customer experience improvement and supporting/enhancing organizational decision making
  • Present AI concepts, use cases, and recommendations to senior leadership to support prioritization and investment decisions
  • Lead the prioritization, planning, and implementation of approved AI initiatives
  • Design, prototype, and deploy practical AI and GenAI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Translate business needs into AI solutions, balancing feasibility, value, and risk
  • Assess, select, and manage AI vendors and external partners
  • Establish best practices for AI governance, data usage, security, and model adoption
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, sales, and service teams to ensure successful adoption and change management

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, applied data science, or related fields
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI solutions
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks
  • Experience deploying AI solutions in real business environments
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex concepts to senior leadership in a clear, business focused manner

Nice to Have

  • Cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Workflow automation and internal tooling experience
  • Exposure to regulated or data-sensitive environments
