Your Role: AI Legal Drafting Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Legal Drafting Specialist to join our growing team. As a key player in our innovative DemandsAI platform, you will be at the forefront of transforming how demand letters are drafted, analyzed, and personalized. Your work will directly impact the legal industry, making legal document creation more efficient, accurate, and accessible for professionals around the world.

Responsibilities

• Revolutionize Legal Drafting: Develop and enhance AI-powered drafting tools that automate demand letter generation, using your deep understanding of legal concepts and document structures.
• AI Integration: Work with large language models to build smart, intuitive tools that make drafting seamless and user-friendly.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Play a crucial role in guiding customers through the setup and use of DemandsAI, ensuring they get the most out of the platform and see immediate value in their practice.
• Be a Product Champion: Gather valuable user feedback to continuously improve the platform. You’ll have a direct impact on new features and functionality that make our products better for all users.
• Offer Expertise: Troubleshoot customer issues, provide technical support, and ensure a smooth experience for all platform users.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep yourself at the cutting edge of both legal trends and advancements in AI technology to ensure Filevine remains a leader in LegalTech.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: You’ll need to be detail-oriented and capable of tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• Legal and Tech Expertise: Familiarity with legal documents, terms, and workflows, paired with a keen interest in AI or tech, will set you up for success in this role.
• Communication & Collaboration: You’ll be working with both technical and non-technical teams, so clear communication and the ability to collaborate effectively are key.
• Bonus Points: Experience with Large Language Models, machine learning, legal coding, or working directly with AI-driven tools is a plus!

Compensation Information: $65,000 - $70,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees. This position is also eligible for a paid time off policy, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
