We're looking for an AI-native Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation, accelerate pipeline, expand our brand presence, and experiment with new ways of reaching customers. This is a hands-on role for a builder who thrives on testing ideas, moving quickly, and turning creativity into measurable business results.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with the opportunity to test, launch, and scale a wide range of marketing initiatives across the customer journey. You'll experiment relentlessly, learn quickly, and help uncover the programs, channels, and messages that drive growth. From shaping our brand and content strategy to executing campaigns and exploring new AI-powered ways of working, you'll have a direct hand in how Blue Onion reaches and serves customers.

What You’ll Do
- Drive pipeline growth by testing, launching, and optimizing marketing programs across channels
- Collaborate with the Sales team and deliver sales enablement content and assets
- Develop and execute campaigns spanning content, social, events, partnerships, communities, webinars, and emerging AI-native marketing channels
- Create compelling content and collateral to support product launches, sales efforts, customer expansion, and brand awareness
- Identify new opportunities to reach customers, experiment quickly, and scale what works
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, research, and marketing operations
- Measure results, track performance, and focus relentlessly on activities that drive revenue and growth
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a related startup role
- AI-first with hands-on experience using tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable etc.
- Strong storyteller with the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling content
- Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail and a bias toward execution
- Creative, analytical, and energized by testing new ideas and finding unconventional growth opportunities
Compensation
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $125k–$140k based on experience, equity, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and performance-based bonus tied to company growth
