About the Role

We are looking for an AI-native Product Manager to help build the next generation of consumer interactive experiences.

This role is for someone who combines strong consumer product judgment, hands-on AI usage, strong data analytics, and high ownership. You should be able to understand users, break down ambiguous product problems, analyze product data independently, work closely with engineering and design, and ship fast in a startup environment.

We are not looking for a traditional PM who only writes specs or coordinates tasks. We are looking for someone who can own product outcomes, use AI to increase their leverage, and turn complex user problems into simple, high-impact product decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Own some key areas of Sekai’s consumer product experience, including creation, discovery, feed experience, sharing, retention, and creator/player engagement

  • Turn ambiguous user problems into clear product hypotheses, priorities, requirements, and execution plans

  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, engagement, feedback, and product metrics to identify opportunities

  • Define success metrics for product launches and experiments

  • Work closely with engineering, design, data, growth, and operations to ship quickly

  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, product thinking, data analysis, prototyping, documentation, QA, and execution

  • Communicate clearly on priorities, blockers, trade-offs, decisions, and next steps

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of product management or closely related product-building experience

  • Prior experience building consumer products is required

  • Strong product sense and user empathy, especially for mobile, social, creator, gaming, entertainment, or content-driven products

  • Strong data analytics skills; comfortable analyzing funnels, retention, engagement, cohorts, experiments, and user behavior

  • Comfortable using AI tools to write SQL, explore data, generate analysis, summarize insights, and make data-informed product decisions

  • Able to independently investigate a product problem using both qualitative feedback and quantitative data

  • Actively uses AI tools in daily work, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw similar tools for your daily work

  • Able to break down vague goals into clear product plans, metrics, trade-offs, and execution steps

  • Strong ownership and follow-through in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with feed-based products, UGC platforms, gaming, social products, AI creation products, or recommendation systems

  • Experience improving activation, retention, engagement, sharing, creation success rate, or creator/player growth loops

  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or highly ambiguous product environment

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Amplitude, GA4, PostHog, Amplitude, BigQuery, similar tools

  • Experience building AI workflows, prototypes, side projects, agents, internal tools, or automations

  • Ability to use AI tools to create an AI-native workflow that makes their own product work faster, sharper, and more scalable

  • Strong taste in consumer UX and interactive product experiences
