We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our AI Solutions team in a client-facing, US-based role. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position at the intersection of product strategy, market intelligence, and enterprise sales enablement. The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience in IDP, AI/ML or SaaS platforms, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate client needs and competitive insights into a clear, executable product roadmap.

You will serve as the face of EXL’s Agentic IDP Solution – Xtrakto.AI, while working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to continuously evolve our capabilities.

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.

Base Compensation Range: 160,000 - 190,000

Responsibilities

Roadmap Creation & Engineering Collaboration

  • Own and maintain the EXL Xtrakto.AI product roadmap, ensuring it reflects client needs, competitive benchmarks, and strategic business goals.
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute against.
  • Work closely with engineering leads in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of roadmap items.
  • Define and track key product KPIs and use data to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Facilitate go-to-market readiness for new feature releases including release notes, training materials, and client communication plans.

Conference & Thought Leadership

  • Represent at industry conferences, clients, partners and events through presentations, panel discussions, and live demos.
  • Develop and deliver compelling thought leadership content including white papers, blog posts, webinars, and speaking session materials that position EXL Xtrakto.AI as a leader in IDP.
  • Actively engage with analyst communities to improve awareness and product positioning in the IDP market.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of IDP and AI document processing across Enterprises.
  • Develop and maintain a competitive landscape matrix covering features, pricing, integrations, vertical focus, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Translate competitive intelligence into actionable differentiation strategies, battle cards, and positioning frameworks for sales and marketing teams.
  • Monitor market trends in AI/ML, LLMs, and document intelligence to identify emerging threats and opportunities.

Feature Gap Identification & Product Discovery

  • Systematically gather product feedback from client engagements, conference interactions, support escalations, and win/loss analyses to identify gaps in Xtrakto’s feature set.
  • Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability studies to deeply understand end-user workflows and pain points.
  • Prioritize feature gaps using a structured framework considering client impact, competitive parity, strategic value, and engineering effort.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to validate proposed solutions through rapid prototyping and pilot programs before full-scale development.

Presales & Client Engagement

  • Serve as the product spokesperson in the US market, presenting the platform’s capabilities, roadmap, and value proposition to prospective and existing enterprise clients.
  • Lead product demonstrations, discovery workshops, and proof-of-concept discussions with C-suite and technical stakeholders
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to craft tailored narratives and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client due diligence requests.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, document processing and multi-modal workflows; hands-on experience with IDP platforms is a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise B2B software products with demonstrated ownership of product roadmaps and release cycles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and translating findings into actionable product strategy.
  • Exposure to LLM-based document processing, Cloud, or Generative AI features in enterprise products.
  • Experience in one or more of EXL’s target verticals: Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • Proficiency in designing user stories, and functional specifications that engineering teams can act on.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the US for client meetings, conferences, and industry events (up to 30%).
