What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly skilled senior AI Technology Sales specialist to join the team responsible for building and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions across a broad range of clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and Retail industries. The role is focused on nurturing and closing leads with various stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, across new and existing clients.  You will be working closely with a team dedicated to building and deploying today’s and tomorrow’s AI solutions focused on democratizing data and substantially increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients’ organizations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Grow revenue by collaborating with client insight teams to expand the base of new and existing clients interested in our AI solutions and develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Conduct detailed presentations and demonstrations of our AI solutions, illustrating their benefits and alignment with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships with various technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Work closely with client insight teams to ensure a cohesive approach throughout the sales cycle, from initial client engagement to deal closure and post-sale support.
  • Leverage in-depth Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and/or Retail industry knowledge to understand market trends and client challenges to effectively position our AI solutions.
  • Gather client feedback and market intelligence to guide on-going product enhancements and innovation.
  • Maintain a pipeline and provide comprehensive updates on account status, including opportunities, trends, challenges, and competitive activities to ensure accurate sales forecasting and strategy adjustment.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful deployment of our solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in a senior sales role.
  • Extensive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and/or Retail industries with a deep understanding of the Market Research industry.
  • Strong passion for AI overall and a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be creative and nimble when warranted as well the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and succinctly.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management skills, including experience collaborating with diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Location

This position can be located in the following area(s): US Remote

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $220,000.


This job is also eligible for bonus pay.


We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
