Capitalize is a consulting firm that helps organizations drive value through data, analytics, and AI. Our AI & Advanced Analytics practice is the team clients turn to for the most complex and forward-looking work—from machine learning and predictive modeling to generative AI strategy and implementation.
Capitalize’s AI & Advanced Analytics practice is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Consultant who can help lead that growth. This is a role for someone who can walk into a room of executives, help them figure out where AI creates the most leverage in their business, and then roll up your sleeves and build it with the team. If you only want to do one of those things, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you want to do both, keep reading.
You’ll join a team that handles the work most firms talk about but few actually deliver—generative AI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, advanced ML, and modern data and cloud platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and more. Our clients range from companies just starting to explore AI to organizations ready to operationalize it.
At a large firm, you’d be one of dozens building AI solutions someone else scoped. Here, you’ll be close to the full lifecycle—helping clients figure out where AI fits, building the solution, and presenting the results.
