Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Analyst specializing in prompt engineering and the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) to augment internal operations teams. This role focuses on capturinguse cases from business teams and identifying corresponding solutions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze use cases for LLM implementation within operational workflows with a focus on course development
- Create and optimize prompt engineering solutions for multiple LLM platforms
- Create and maintain templates for consistent LLM output across different use cases
- Fine-tune LLM outputs to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand specific requirements
- Evaluate and compare different LLM performances for various use cases
- Document best practices, methodologies, and implementation guidelines
- Monitor and optimize solution performance through regular testing and iteration
- Help teams stay current with latest developments in LLM technology and prompt engineering techniques by providing training including general use, best practices, frameworks, and guidance for use of custom AI tools
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with AI/ML technologies, specifically LLMs
- Foundational knowledge of Python language, APIs, data handling, and machine learning
- Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and template design
- Proficiency in working with various LLM platforms (e.g., GPT models, Claude, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in educational technology or e-learning platforms
- Knowledge of content management systems and learning management systems
- Strong understanding of educational content development and instructional design principles or curriculum development
