The AI Systems Engineer will design, implement, and support AI-driven solutions across client environments. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with MSP service delivery discipline, ensuring AI projects are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

The AI Systems Engineer will design, implement, and support AI-driven solutions across client environments. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with MSP service delivery discipline, ensuring AI projects are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement AI and automation solutions using Azure, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Automate.
- Build integrations between AI models and client line-of-business systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
- Work with cybersecurity team to secure AI data pipelines and ensure compliance.
- Develop reusable frameworks and automation templates for MSP clients.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for AI-related service tickets.
- 3–7 years in IT engineering, system integration, or software development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with APIs, Python, PowerShell, and data connectors.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for AI solutions.
Salary Range: $90K - $115K base, with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
