Job Summary

The AI Recruiting Operations Specialist is an operationally focused role responsible for supporting and optimizing workflows through advanced recruiting technologies and talent intelligence processes. Serving as a key operational owner across internal recruiting platforms, you will drive process consistency, tool adoption, and candidate pipeline visibility across the entire enterprise. This position requires an organized professional who can collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Sales, and Training teams to leverage AI tools, manage talent rediscovery, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.

 
Responsibilities
  • Workflow Optimization: Support and optimize AI-driven recruiting workflows across the candidate lifecycle, specifically focusing on pipeline management and automated evaluation processes.

  • Talent Intelligence Management: Manage talent rediscovery initiatives and hotlist coordination to maximize the value of internal applicant pools.

  • Recruiter Enablement: Drive adoption and process consistency across multiple modern recruiting technology platforms.

  • Process Compliance: Author workflow documentation and ensure operational compliance across recruiting teams.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Recruiting, Sales, Training, and Operations departments to ensure deep technical alignment.

  • Operational Efficiency: Coordinate candidate engagement strategies and drive initiatives that improve overall recruiting cycle speeds.

 
Qualifications and Job Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations, coordination, talent acquisition support, sourcing, or staffing operations.

  • Systems Exposure: Direct experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, or technical workflow management tools.

  • Operational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities with deep attention to detail and a proven background in process management and documentation.

  • Technology Adoption: Highly comfortable learning, adopting, and enabling teams on new tech platforms and AI-enabled software.

  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Agency Background: Prior experience working within a staffing agency, consulting firm, or fast-paced recruitment agency environment.

  • Advanced Tech: Direct exposure to AI-enabled sourcing platforms or talent rediscovery infrastructure.

  • Data Literacy: Familiarity with recruiting metrics, operational analytics, or pipeline reporting.

  • Niche Knowledge: Experience supporting talent acquisition workflows within a technical recruiting environment.
