Department OverviewMotorola Solutions Global Education is responsible for creating innovative training strategies, and the design, development, and delivery of training content across the MSI solutions/product portfolio. Our training services address the educational needs of our Motorola Solutions customers, partners and employees, enabling each group to be more efficient, effective, and ensure established business and operational outcomes are met.
Job Description
Note: This is a hybrid role located in Chicago
OVERVIEW
Under the direction of Global Education, the Summer Intern will work with the AI Training Team to assist in designing and implementing an corporate AI training program for internal employees. The intern will be an active participant in many activities including program implementation, content design and development, and reporting.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Employee & Partner training team as well as stakeholders to design and implement a training strategy for internal employees
Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) into learning design processes to accelerate development timelines and scale content creation
Contribute ideas on ways to promote learning and adoption of AI
Organize and collect data for analysis and reporting
Additional support for the training team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must be pursuing a degree in Adult Education, Content Design/Development, or a related field with a graduation date during or after December 2026
Knowledge of content development tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia)
Experience with using AI
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
A self-motivator with solid organizational skills & excellent interpersonal skills

Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
