About the Role
We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop engaging video content and manage our social media presence. This role combines video storytelling, AI-powered content production, social media strategy, and community engagement to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation.
The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, stays ahead of digital trends, and is proficient in using AI tools to streamline video production and content marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
AI Video Content Creation
Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
Use AI-powered tools to generate video concepts, scripts, voiceovers, captions, graphics, and visual assets.
Edit and optimize videos for different platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Develop compelling storytelling that aligns with brand objectives and audience interests.
Repurpose existing content into multiple video formats to maximize reach and engagement.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content opportunities.
Content Strategy & Campaign Management
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content supporting business goals.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify emerging trends.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
AI & Automation
Utilize AI tools to accelerate content ideation, scriptwriting, video generation, editing, and performance analysis.
Develop effective prompts and workflows to improve content production efficiency.
Explore and recommend new AI technologies that enhance content quality and productivity.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor key social media and video performance metrics.
Analyze audience behavior, engagement, reach, watch time, and conversion data.
Generate performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance.
**Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in video content creation and social media management.
Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
Proficiency in AI-powered content creation tools.
Understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
