Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize advanced AI-powered workflows that automate complex business processes and improve productivity.
Integrate AI with workplace tools, data sources, and connected systems to create efficient, multi-step workflows.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs, identify limitations, and provide high-quality feedback to improve AI reasoning, workflow design, and user experience.
Conduct complex research, analysis, and decision-support tasks using AI, transforming information into clear, actionable insights.
Adapt workflows across different AI platforms and evolving technologies, selecting the best approach based on the task and available capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve AI adoption and productivity within professional environments by sharing best practices and effective workflow patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience using AI as a core part of your daily professional workflow
Demonstrated experience designing or managing sophisticated, multi-step AI workflows involving workplace tools, connected systems, or data integrations.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate AI outputs and determine when human judgment is required.
Comfortable learning and adapting to different AI platforms and workflow environments as tools and capabilities evolve.
Curious and proactive about exploring new AI capabilities, experimenting with workflows, and continuously improving productivity.
Experience introducing, promoting, mentoring, or scaling AI adoption within a team or organization is highly valued.
Professional background in business operations, engineering, finance, consulting, product management, technology, or a related knowledge-work field.
