JOB OVERVIEW
This individual plays a key role through all phases of the product development lifecycle for creation of insight-centric products, working on the market-focused innovations of the Wheels New Product Development Team. This individual assists with artificial intelligence/machine learning algorithm development, conducts data mining of existing data sources to formulate scoring algorithms, predictive analytics, and computations for targeting pre-emptive interactive experiences for client drivers and fleet managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Support building information storage and business intelligence applications being within NPD product suites (Reimbursement, Pool Checkout, Checklists/Inspections, Virtual Assistants).

Work closely with NPD ML developers and interface designers to produce insight-rich information analysis feature sets.

Assess feasibility and data quality of data sources in support of candidate product features identified by others.

Support exploratory client analytics requests and potential rate recalibration activities.

Assist in the development of working prototypes or proofs-of-concept incorporating candidate data and rules to support product feasibility studies and gather market feedback.

Collaborating with the Wheels Data team, design and develop data acquisition and transformation solutions.

Conduct discovery/research work as assigned by the team.

Pay Range:
$93,800-$131,300
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
