Job Summary
Responsible for providing strategic oversight and leadership to ensure the successful creation, execution, and optimization of partner-facing marketing plans. This includes guiding the Partner Leads in planning, organizing, and controlling integrated marketing strategies that align with both partner objectives and CDW's business goals. The role focuses on setting direction, approving budgets, monitoring performance, and ensuring cross-functional alignment for impactful partner programs.

* Setting overarching goals and objectives for programs and ensuring the Partner Marketing Manager executes plans to achieve successful outcomes.
* Approving annual budgets and operating plans while monitoring adherence to financial targets and organizational standards.
* Establishing evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and directing improvements based on performance insights.
* Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and all relevant legislation and professional standards.
* Overseeing documentation standards and ensuring accurate record-keeping systems are implemented and maintained.
* Maintaining accountability for data integrity and confidentiality in client records and statistical reporting.
* Providing leadership in staff development, ensuring team members receive proper orientation and ongoing training.
* Building relationships with stakeholders, guiding communication strategies to strengthen community support and gather feedback for program enhancements.
* Collaborating with other senior managers and partners to ensure seamless program delivery and alignment across departments.
* Coordinating cross-functional efforts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
* Reviewing and approving program reports prepared for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
* Maintaining fiscal responsibility, ensuring programs operate within approved budgets and monitoring all expenditures.
* Overseeing financial management practices, including fund allocation and compliance with accounting policies.
* Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for all program activities.
* Identifying and mitigating risks associated with program operations through proactive oversight and corrective actions.
* Monitoring program performance regularly, providing strategic recommendations for enhancements and long-term success.

What we expect of you
Minimum basic requirements
* Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience OR
* 9 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience Preferred skills, experience and qualities needed
* Proven program management experience, driving initiatives from conception through completion.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a track record of successfully influencing stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
* History of providing outstanding customer service to stakeholders.
