What you'll do as an Analyst I, Marketing Analytics
- Work with a team of Marketing Analysts to monitor business and customer performance across marketing channels and measure the impact of marketing initiatives on key monetization metrics.
- Analyze marketing performance using statistical methods and support the design and enhancement of measurement frameworks, including multi-touch attribution, surveys, and regression-based analyses.
- Partner closely with Marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement, align on key performance indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that track the performance of key marketing initiatives and business outcomes.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations through reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Analytics and Marketing teams to ensure measurement approaches, analyses, and recommendations align with business goals.
- Support the ongoing evolution of marketing measurement capabilities by identifying new analytical approaches and opportunities to improve performance visibility.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or data science within a business-to-consumer environment.
- Experience working with SQL and Python or another statistical programming language.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and analytical methodologies used to evaluate marketing performance.
- Experience with statistical modeling, marketing attribution, or marketing measurement frameworks is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- An eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work.
