- Contribute to the development and execution of talent management strategies and programs; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and management of performance management processes; Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the design and implementation of critical role identification and integration, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Developmental Assessments, critical role learning paths, and process improvements in essential talent management programs.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals; Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored talent management solutions.
- Maintain end-to-end talent calendar to communicate upcoming talent initiatives, talent management processes, and talent development programs to key stakeholders; define deliverables, discuss project status, design outlines, create work plans, and review timelines with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Oversee the design and ongoing reporting of critical talent metrics, including promotions, retention/attrition, high potential metrics, and succession health, to provide actionable insights. Analyze ambiguous problems, identify problem areas, and develop effective solutions to enhance talent management processes.
- Collaborate with key partners to ensure technology enablers, dashboards, & reporting are established and available.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Psychology or Business or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, performance management, or a related HR function.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, storyline and visualize data in an easy-to-understand manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders. Ability to gain support for complex issues.
- Proactive in identifying issues and developing effective solutions. Can lead process or service improvement projects.
- Capable of leading projects and initiatives with minimal supervision. Independent individual who can gather necessary information and make judgements and recommendations as appropriate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate excel skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% Internationally or Domestically
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, MBA, HR Analytics, Talent Management Certification
- Strong influence, negotiation, creative problem solving
- Project management or process improvement mechanisms are a significant plus
- Previous experience using Workday
- Working knowledge of PowerBI
The pay range of pay for this position is $73,000 - $117,000; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
